What the Press is Saying...

"Coltiva is an authentic Italian-style pizzeria featuring thin-crust pizza with handmade dough and craft cocktails from local restaurateur Garrett McAleese....  McAleese has carefully considered sources for the ingredients, including hard cheeses from producers in Sardinia, organic, farm-grown and canned Oregon tomatoes, and humanely raised beef from Oregon's family-owned Nehalem River Ranch."

"Conveniently located three blocks from Seattle Center, Coltiva is an ideal place to pre-game for dinner before heading over to an event. I highly recommend starting dinner off with one of their seasonal cocktails and Little Gem, made with gem lettuce, shaved parmigiano and chili bread crumbs – the fruit and nutty taste of the parmigiano is perfectly paired with the slight heat from the chili bread crumbs (it’s not too hot, just a kick to the taste buds!)."

"With ingredients sourced from Italy, like Calabrian peppers, and others from the family farm in Oregon, like the impossibly fresh green zebra tomatoes that grace the must-try (I mean, MUST) Caprese salad, the pizzeria and bar offers a refreshing twist on simple pizza, salad and cocktails that is simply delightful."
