Welcome to Coltiva Pizzeria and Bar, near Climate Pledge arena in beautiful Lower Queen Anne.  

 

Coltiva Pizzeria and Bar offers some of the best pizza in Seattle in a Nepolitian, delicious thin crust style with hand made daily sourdough.  Absolutely delicious, blending old world Italian recipes with Northwest ingredients.  Best sellers?  Fennel sausage, the traditional Margarita and the Burrata Jr. 

 

All pizzas put on our menu are amazing and have been put through the ringer per say as to make the cut.  First team Seattle pizza selections.  From the Butternut to the All Amatriciana with Mozzarella, Pancetta, Sweet Onion, Oregano and our secret Red Sauce.  

 

What is Nepolitian style pizza?  Neapolitan pizza originated in - surprise surprise! - Naples, Italy.  A Naples-style pizza central ingredients are tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.  This style of pizza is old school and is meant to be made focusing on the quality of  ingredients, focusing on simplicity and fresh Northwest ingredients - a good, basic dough, and in our case, sourdough because its so delicious - raw tomatoes that are cooked, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh  basil and olive oil.
