Coltiva Pizzeria and Bar offers some of the best pizza in Seattle. A delicious Napoletana, thin crust style with daily hand made sourdough. What is Napoletana-style pizza? Napoletana pizza originated in - surprise surprise! - Naples, Italy. A pizza in Naples focuses on the quality of the central ingredients, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. This style of pizza is old school all about simplicity and fresh Northwest ingredients - a good, basic dough, and in our case, sourdough because it's so delicious - fresh tomatoes that are cooked, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and quality olive oil.
Chef Noe's ability to combine ingredients to levels of perfection keeps our customers coming back for more. An absolutely amazing blend of old-world Italian recipes with Northwest ingredients.
